Summary
This study tests a new drug called GDC-1261 in people with advanced or metastatic prostate cancer that has worsened despite prior treatment. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can slow the cancer. About 260 participants will take part, and they must continue standard hormone therapy during the study.
