First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment called GCC19CART for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has come back or not responded to standard therapies. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, modified to target a protein found on cancer cells. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose, while also watching for any tumor shrinkage.
