First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment called GCAR1, which uses a patient's own immune cells modified to attack tumors that have a specific marker (GPNMB). It is for people with advanced alveolar soft part sarcoma, renal cell carcinoma, or triple-negative breast cancer that has not responded to other treatments. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if the therapy can shrink tumors.
