NCT ID NCT07086404
First seen Jan 23, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This early-phase study tests a new treatment called GC012F for people with a severe muscle inflammation disease (idiopathic inflammatory myopathy) that hasn't responded to standard therapies. About 12 adults will receive an infusion of their own modified immune cells (CAR-T cells) after a short chemotherapy-like prep. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose, not yet to prove it works as a cure.
