Summary

This study tests a new vaccine designed to protect against Group B Streptococcus (GBS) infections, which can be serious during pregnancy. Around 600 healthy, non-pregnant women aged 18-49 in the US and South Africa will receive either the vaccine or a placebo. Researchers will monitor safety and measure the immune response to find the best dose.
