Summary
This study tested a vaccine called VBI-1901 in 70 adults with recurrent glioblastoma, a serious brain cancer. The goal was to see if the vaccine is safe and to find the best dose. The vaccine aims to train the immune system to fight the cancer. The trial was stopped early, but results may still help future research.
