New asthma and COPD drug enters first human safety tests

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new medicine called GB-0895 in adults with mild-to-moderate asthma or COPD. The main goal is to check if the drug is safe and how the body handles it. About 156 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo. This research is a first step toward possibly easing breathing symptoms in the future.
