Summary
This study tests three experimental treatments for people with advanced esophageal, stomach, or colorectal cancers that have spread. The goal is to see if these drug combinations can shrink tumors and how safe they are. About 376 adults aged 18 to 75 will participate. The treatments are not expected to cure the disease but aim to control it.
