New combo therapy tested for tough stomach cancers
NCT ID NCT07320586
Summary
This study is testing whether combining two existing drugs, carilizumab and albumin paclitaxel, can help control advanced stomach cancer that has worsened after initial treatment. It will enroll 40 adults whose cancer progressed despite first-line chemotherapy, with or without prior immunotherapy. Researchers aim to see if this combination can shrink tumors, delay cancer growth, and is safe for patients needing a second treatment option.
