Summary
This study aims to learn if a special stool test can help predict who might develop stomach cancer in the future. Researchers will follow 3,000 people at high risk for stomach cancer for up to 10 years, comparing those with positive and negative test results. The goal is to gather knowledge to improve future cancer screening, not to provide treatment.
