Stool test may predict stomach cancer years before it starts

Summary
This study will follow 3000 adults aged 40 and older who are at high risk for stomach cancer. Participants will provide a stool sample and have a normal stomach exam at the start. Researchers will track who develops stomach cancer over 10 years to see if the stool test can predict risk. No treatment is given—this is an observation-only study.
