First seen Apr 18, 2026 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving a combination of three drugs (lenvatinib, pembrolizumab, and FLOT chemotherapy) before and after surgery can help shrink or eliminate stomach cancer in 43 adults. Participants have early-stage stomach cancer that has not spread. The main goal is to see how many patients have very little or no cancer left after treatment. This is a phase 2 trial, meaning it checks safety and how well the treatment works.
