NCT ID NCT07384910
First seen Feb 03, 2026 · Last updated May 25, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks at a protein called GARP and related inflammatory markers in the blood of 600 people with heart disease. Researchers want to understand how these factors contribute to atherosclerosis, the buildup of plaque in arteries that can lead to heart attacks and strokes. Participants will have blood drawn during a routine heart catheterization. The study does not test any treatment, but aims to uncover new clues about inflammation in heart disease.
