NCT ID NCT07115381
Summary
This study aims to see if a gardening-based therapy program can help teenagers with depression who engage in non-suicidal self-harm. It will involve 66 adolescents who will participate in structured gardening activities like planting and caring for plants. Researchers will measure changes in self-harm behavior, depression symptoms, sleep quality, and feelings of loneliness to see if the therapy helps.
