Summary
This program allows children aged 2 to 11 with hereditary angioedema (HAE) who completed a previous study to keep receiving garadacimab to prevent sudden, painful swelling attacks. Only children who responded well and had no serious side effects are eligible. The goal is to provide ongoing protection while ensuring safety and benefit.
