First seen Nov 18, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding ganagliflozin tablets to standard care can slow the worsening of kidney disease in adults with type 2 diabetes and chronic kidney disease. About 1,244 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for 120 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug helps preserve kidney function and delays the need for dialysis or a transplant.
