First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment for children whose neuroblastoma or osteosarcoma has not responded to standard therapy or has returned. The approach combines specially grown immune cells (gamma delta T cells) from a healthy donor with several chemotherapy drugs and an antibody. The main goals are to find the safest dose of the immune cells and to understand side effects. About 24 children aged 1 and older will take part.
