First seen Mar 25, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study explores whether adding specially designed digital games to standard eye patching therapy can improve vision and reduce fear in children aged 4 to 7 with lazy eye (amblyopia). About 66 children will either wear an eye patch alone or combine it with gamified vision exercises at home. The goal is to make treatment more engaging and effective, while easing medical anxiety.
