Can video games train better nurses? study tests gamified stoma care education
NCT ID NCT07500857
Summary
This study aims to see if teaching nursing students about stoma care using a game-based method is more effective than standard teaching. It will involve 72 fourth-year nursing students, who will be randomly assigned to either learn through the gamified program or through regular lessons. Researchers will measure the students' knowledge and practical skills before, one week after, and four weeks after the training to see which method leads to better and longer-lasting learning.
