NCT ID NCT07504653
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at how common shoulder blade movement problems are in Frisbee players and tests a fun, game-based mobile app to help fix it. About 54 competitive players will use the app for 8 weeks, and researchers will check if it improves throwing power, accuracy, and speed. The goal is to help athletes recover better and avoid injuries.
