Summary
This study tested whether a green dye injected into the blood helps surgeons see bile ducts better than the usual X-ray method during gallbladder removal. The goal was to reduce the risk of accidental injury to the bile ducts. The study involved 156 adults with acute gallstone inflammation who needed surgery.
