Summary

This early-stage study tests the safety of a drug called gallium nitrate in 40 adults with cystic fibrosis who have a hard-to-treat lung infection (NTM). Participants receive two 5-day IV infusions. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and might help clear the infection.
