Summary
This study is checking how well a special hip implant liner (G7 Freedom Constrained Vivacit-E) works over time. It includes up to 202 people aged 18-80 who need a hip replacement due to conditions like arthritis or hip fractures. The main goal is to see how long the implant lasts and if it causes any side effects.
