Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called FZ-AD005 in about 40 people with aggressive brain tumors (high-grade glioma) that have come back or not responded to treatment. The drug is designed to deliver a cancer-killing agent directly to tumor cells. The main goals are to find a safe dose and see if it can shrink or control the tumors.
