Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called FXS887 in 14 adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it can help control the cancer. Participants will receive FXS887 and be closely monitored for side effects and tumor response.
