New combo therapy aims to shrink hard-to-treat colorectal tumors

Summary
This study tests a drug called futibatinib combined with other cancer treatments (like immunotherapy or chemotherapy) in people with advanced colorectal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink tumors and how safe it is. About 33 adults will take part, and researchers will also look for biological markers that predict how well the treatment works.
