Summary

This study tests a daily pill called furmonertinib in about 100 people with advanced lung cancer that has a specific genetic change (EGFR exon 20 insertion) and has worsened after chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors and control the disease. Participants take the medicine until it stops working or side effects become too severe.
