Summary
This early-stage study tests a new oral drug, furmonertinib mesilate, in 30 people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific EGFR mutation (exon 20 insertion). The drug aims to shrink or control tumors. Participants include both those who have had prior treatment and those who have not. The study measures how well the drug works and monitors side effects.
