Summary

This study tests whether special rotational exercises can lower fall risk and improve balance and mobility in people with early-stage Parkinson's disease. Researchers will enroll 50 adults aged 50-70 who have stable symptoms. Participants will be assigned to either the rotational exercise group or a control group, and their progress will be measured using balance and mobility tests.
