Inclusion Criteria: * 18 years of age or older * Rome IV criteria for a functional GI disorder Exclusion Criteria: * Acute illness * Known bleeding disorder * Awaiting transplantation * Known diagnosis of Inflammatory Bowel Disease * Use of antibiotics in last 2 months
