First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether a combination of two drugs (fulvestrant and ribociclib) works better than standard treatments for people with a certain type of advanced breast cancer (HR+, HER2-) that has returned after completing prior targeted therapy. About 272 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either the new combination or their doctor's choice of treatment. The main goal is to see how long the cancer stays under control.
