Summary
This study tests whether using a special camera mode (RDI) throughout the entire procedure to remove early stomach cancer can reduce bleeding and other complications compared to standard white light. About 640 adults aged 18-75 with early stomach cancer or precancerous growths will take part. If successful, this simple imaging change could make the procedure safer and faster for many patients.
