Summary
This study tests a new treatment called FT819 for people with severe lupus that has caused kidney damage (lupus nephritis). FT819 uses specially engineered immune cells from a donor to target and calm the overactive immune system. The main goal is to see if this therapy can restore normal kidney function by 26 weeks. The study will enroll about 53 people aged 12 to 70 who have not responded to standard treatments.
