Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug, FS-8002, in 66 people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goals are to check the drug's safety, find the best dose, and see if it helps control the cancer. Participants will receive FS-8002 alone or with other therapies, and researchers will monitor side effects and how the drug moves through the body.
