Summary
This study looks at how safe and effective the oral drug fruquintinib is for treating advanced colon cancer that hasn't responded to other treatments. It focuses on Black/African American and Hispanic/Latino patients, who were not well-studied in earlier trials. The main goal is to see how often these patients develop high blood pressure, a known side effect. Participants take the drug in 4-week cycles until their cancer worsens or side effects become too severe.
