First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tests whether a new drug combination (fruquintinib plus trifluridine/tipiracil) works better than a standard combination (bevacizumab plus trifluridine/tipiracil) for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has not responded to prior treatments. About 292 adults aged 18-75 will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatments. The main goal is to see how long the cancer stays under control.
