Summary
This study tested if a donated tissue graft (ActiveMatrix) works better than a standard steroid injection for treating frozen shoulder. It involved 56 adults with recent shoulder pain and stiffness. Researchers measured changes in pain, shoulder function, and range of motion over six months to see which treatment was more effective.
