First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study looked at whether adding ultrasound-guided hyaluronic acid injections to a standard rehab program helps people with frozen shoulder. Sixty adults aged 40 to 70 with frozen-phase adhesive capsulitis took part. One group got three weekly injections plus six weeks of rehab; the other got rehab alone. The main goal was to measure changes in shoulder pain and disability over 12 weeks.
