First seen Sep 30, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tested whether adding hyaluronic acid (HA) to a ketorolac injection works better than ketorolac alone for frozen shoulder. Fifty-six adults with shoulder stiffness received one injection and were followed for 24 weeks. Both groups had significant pain and function improvements, but the combination group showed slightly better shoulder rotation. Both treatments were safe and well tolerated.
