Summary
This study looked at 60 adults with frozen shoulder to understand how fear of movement (kinesiophobia) relates to pain, stiffness, and daily life. Participants completed questionnaires and had their shoulder movement measured. The goal was to see if this fear makes symptoms worse, which could help design better treatments.
