Summary

This study looked at whether changing the amount of fresh gas given during general anesthesia can reduce nausea and vomiting after septorhinoplasty (nose surgery). 150 adults were split into three groups based on gas flow: low, medium, or high. Researchers tracked their nausea and vomiting for 24 hours after surgery to see which flow worked best.
