First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 32 times
Summary
This study looked at how free gingival graft surgery—a procedure to add gum tissue—affects patients' oral quality of life and satisfaction. 49 adults with thin or missing gums were surveyed before and after surgery using standard questionnaires. The goal was to understand how the surgery impacts daily comfort and overall satisfaction, not to test a new treatment.
