Summary
This study provides free continuous glucose monitors (CGMs) to 17 adults with poorly controlled type 2 diabetes. Researchers want to see if easier access to real-time blood sugar data improves glucose control and quality of life. Participants will wear the device for 14-day periods and complete surveys about their experience.
