First seen Jan 22, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at how frailty—a state of weakness common in older adults—affects the risk of dangerously low blood pressure after anesthesia. Researchers will assess frailty in 80 elderly patients before surgery and track their blood pressure during anesthesia. The goal is to better understand which patients need extra care to prevent complications.
