First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 29 times
Summary
This early-stage study tests whether a fractional CO2 laser can safely reduce the scar tissue that causes penile curvature in Peyronie's disease. About 60 men with stable disease for at least a year will receive three laser sessions over 18 weeks. The main goal is to check for side effects, but researchers will also measure changes in curvature and quality of life.
