Summary

This study tests a new HIV drug called fostemsavir in children and teens (ages 6 to 17) whose current treatments are no longer working because the virus has become resistant to multiple drugs. The goal is to see if adding fostemsavir to a personalized background therapy can safely lower the amount of HIV in the blood. About 60 participants will be followed for 24 weeks to check safety, drug levels, and how well the virus is controlled.
