Promising new drug aims to halt rare bone disease FOP

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called INCB000928 in people with fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva (FOP), a rare condition where soft tissues turn into bone. The goal is to see if the drug can prevent or reduce new abnormal bone growth. About 98 participants aged 2 and older will receive either the drug or a placebo, and results will be measured using whole-body CT scans.
