NCT ID NCT07461051
First seen Mar 19, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tested whether a simple footbath can reduce the severity of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) symptoms, improve quality of life, and lower pain levels. Researchers divided 92 women aged 18–25 into two groups: one group received footbath therapy, while the other received no treatment. The results suggest footbaths may be a safe, low-cost way to ease PMS discomfort.
