Kickstarting health: can soccer get boys moving?

Summary
This study is testing if a fun, 12-week recreational football (soccer) program can help get teenage boys more active. Researchers will compare 40 boys aged 10-13 who either join the football program or continue their usual routines. The goal is to see if the game-based activities improve fitness, motivation, and overall health habits.
