First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks at whether foot reflexology can reduce anxiety symptoms in adults diagnosed with anxiety disorders. About 44 people will receive either real foot reflexology or a sham foot massage twice a week for 5 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety levels using a standard questionnaire to see if reflexology offers more relief than the sham treatment.
